Filing 150 ORDER DISCUSSING PENDING MOTIONS - 106 Motion for In Camera Review is GRANTED to the extent that the defendants shall have through November 27, 2019, in which to file ex parte the policies requested by the plaintiff. In the future, the def endants should file ex parte disputed discovery with their motion for in camera review or protective order so the Court can address the discovery dispute more efficiently. The defendants shall have through November 27, 2019, in which to file < I>ex parte an unredacted copy of the log data previously produced to the plaintiff. 110 Motion to Compel is DENIED. The Court will review the disputed discovery and determine whether the defendants are entitled to a protective order. 115 Motion for Sanctions is DENIED. On August 19, 2019, the plaintiff filed a motion to compel the production of the defendants' disciplinary history. Dkt. 128 . The defendants shall have through November 27, 2019, in which to either produce the d ocuments requested by the plaintiff or file a motion for protective order. If the defendants move for a protective order, they must file ex parte the disputed discovery materials. 131 Motion for Court Assistance is GRANTED to the extent tha t the Court has addressed his pending motions in this Order. 64 Motion for Settlement Conference is GRANTED. The defendants have indicated that they believe a settlement conference would be beneficial. Dkt. 148 . The Court will set a settlement conference after counsel is recruited for the plaintiff. Filing 9 Entry Screening Complaint and Directing Service of Process - Applying the screening standard to the factual allegations in the complaint certain claims are dismissed while other claims shall proceed as submitted. Defendants Zatecky and Bodkin are d ismissed because the complaint contains no factual allegations against them. All claims against Robert Carter, Jr., Duane Alsip, L. Mason, J. Reed, Toukette, and Myers are dismissed. All claims against J. Schurman, A. Smith, King, M. Caylor, H. Du ncan and M. Stamper are dismissed. All claims against D. Arnold are dismissed. If the plaintiff believes that additional claims were alleged in the complaint, but not identified by the Court he shall have through September 12, 2018, in which to id entify those claims. The clerk is designated pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(c) to issue process to the defendants S. Gonzalez, Shaw, and McKinney in the manner specified by Rule 4(d). Process shall consist of the complaint filed on June 4, 2018, a pplicable forms (Notice of Lawsuit and Request for Waiver of Service of Summons and Waiver of Service of Summons), and this Entry.
