Rather than dismissing the petition pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2244(d)(1)(A) at this time, the Court will allow Mr. Wiggins to show cause why his petition is timely or why he should be entitled to invoke the doctrine of equitable tolling. A response to this Order to Show Cause shall be filed no later than September 28, 2018.
