Order Granting Motion for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis - Plaintiff Jhontay Whitesides's renewed motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis, Dkt. #5 , is hereby GRANTED. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(1)(A), an initial partial filing fee of four dollars and sixty-six cents cents ($4.66) is assessed and shall be paid to the clerk of the district court no later than November 30, 2018.
