Order Denying Writ of Habeas Corpus Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2241 and Directing Entry of Final Judgment - Although his petition is captioned as a 2241 petition, Mr. Whittaker is actually requesting that this Court issue a writ of mandamus to compel a sister court to expeditiously rule on his 2255 motion. Because Mr. Whittaker cannot prevail in his quest for a writ of mandamus in this Court, his petition is denied. Judgment consistent with this Order shall now issue. (See Order.)
