ORDER ON MOTION TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS - Plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis, dkt. #6 , is GRANTED to the extent that Plaintiff is assessed an initial partial filing fee of Thirty Dollars and Seventy Cents ($30.70). Plaintiff shall have through January 4, 2019, in which to pay this sum to the clerk of the district court. Notwithstanding the foregoing ruling, Plaintiff still owes the entire filing fee.
