Filing 6 Order Screening Complaint and Directing Service of Process - Claims against all unknown John and Jane Doe defendants are dismissed for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. Claims against Andrew Sutton are dismissed for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. Claims against Warden Jeffrey E. Kreuger are dismissed for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. The claim against Katherine Siereveld for the improper scanning of Mr. Kadamovas' legal mail outside of his presence shall proceed. If the plaintiff believes that additional claims were alleged in the amended complaint, but not identified by the Court he shall have through January 14, 2019, in which to identify those claims. The clerk is directed, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(c)(2), to issue process to defendant Katherine Siereveld. Process shall consist of a summons. Because the plaintiff is proceeding under the theory recognized in Bivens, personal service is required. The Marshal for this District or his Deputy shall serve the summons, together with a copy of the complaint, dkt. #1 , and a copy of this Entry, on the defendant and on the officials designated pursuant to Fed.
