Order Screening Complaint, Dismissing John Doe Defendants, and Directing Issuance and Service of Process - Construing the pro se complaint liberally, as the Court is required to do, Mr. Yager's claims shall proceed as pled against defendants Guerbet, LLC and Liebel-Flarsheim Company LLC. At this time, however, the John Does 1-50 are dismissed. The clerk is directed pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(c)(3) to issue process to defendants Guerbet, LLC, and Liebel-Flarsheim Company, LLC, in the manner specified by Rule 4(d). Process shall consist of the complaint, dkt. 1, applicable forms (Notice of Lawsuit and Request for Waiver of Service of Summons and Waiver of Service of Summons), and this Order. (See Order.)
