R. Civ. P. 4(c)(3) to issue process to defendants Counselor Rader, Lieutenant Kruhl, Case Manager Randall, and Officer Lee consistent with the instructions in Section I(E); the clerk is directed to terminate defendants Correctional Officer Stone, Supervisor Miller, Correctional Officer Mawro, and Captain Gard from the docket; and the clerk is directed to update the docket to reflect the correct spelling of "D.
