Filing 9 Order Addressing Filing Fee, Screening Amended Complaint, and Directing Service - Perry will be granted a waiver of payment of the initial partial filing fee in this case. His claim for injunctive relief shall proceed against the IDOC. His First Amendment claims shall proceed against Robert Allega and David Liebel. If the plaintiff believes that additional claims were alleged in the complaint, but not identified by the Court, he shall have through March 22, 2019, in which to identify those claims. The clerk shall amend the docket to reflect that defendant David Webel's name is spelled David Liebel. The clerk is directed pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(c)(3) to issue process to the defendants in the manner specified by Rule 4(d). Process shall consist of the amended complaint (dkt. #8 ), applicable forms (Notice of Lawsuit and Request for Waiver of Service of Summons and Waiver of Service of Summons), and this Entry.
