After carefully reviewing the petition in the present case, the Court concludes that petitioner is not entitled to relief. Accordingly, the petition must be denied. Because the Court has already dismissed Schreane's petition, appointment of counsel is unnecessary. The motion to appoint counsel, dkt. #13 , is denied.
