April 25, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 15 Order Screening Complaint and Directing Issuance and Service of Process - If he believes the Court has overlooked a claim or defendant he shall have through May 23, 2019, to file a motion to reconsider or to file an amended complaint. Mr. Collins moves for a preliminary injunction. Dkt. #3 . Warden Krueger shall respond to this motion when he answers the complaint. The clerk is directed to issue a single summons to Warden J.E. Krueger, the United States Attorney for this District and the Attorney General of the United States at Washington, D.C., pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(i)(1). The Marshal for this District is directed to serve the summons and complaint on the defendant Warden J.E. Krueger, the United States Attorney, and the Attorney General of the United States by registered or certified mail at the expense of the United States.
