ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE (DISCIPLINE CASE) - Antwion Carter's petition for a writ of habeas corpus challenges his disciplinary conviction in prison disciplinary case number WVD 18-12-0109. The petitioner's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis, dkt. #3 , is denied without prejudice. The petitioner shall have through June 25, 2019, in which to either pay the $5.00 filing fee for this action submit a signed motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis containing a certified statement of the petitioner's inmate trust fund balance and six-month average deposits. The custodian of petitioner is directed to answer the allegations of the petition for a writ of habeas corpus and in doing so shall show cause why the relief sought by the petitioner should not be granted.
