| Filing 23 ENTRY DISMISSING ACTION WITHOUT PREJUDICE AND DIRECTING ENTRY OF FINAL JUDGMENT - Ms. Norington is an inmate at Westville Correctional Facility, and this lawsuit concerns her previous incarceration at New Castle Correctional Facility. Ms. Norington is also a "restricted filer" in this jurisdiction because she has a history of "bombard[ing] the courts with frivolous submissions." Norington v. Sevier, No. 16-2308, at *2 (7th Cir. June 6, 2016). In 2016, the Seventh Circuit, the Seventh Circuit fined Ms. Norington $500. The Seventh Circuit's docket shows that Ms. Norington's fine remains unpaid. Consequently, she remains prohibited from filing papers in this Court and will be unable to prosecute this action. As the Court has previously held, this restriction requires dismissal of the action.
