Plaintiffs Felicia and Tyler Cordova ("Plaintiffs") brought a state court action against State Farm for breach of contract and breach of duty of good faith and fair dealing arising out of an insurance coverage dispute. Although Plaintiffs, domiciled in Indiana, are diverse from State Farm, an Illinois corporation with its principal place of business in Illinois, it does not appear by a preponderance of the evidence that the amount in controversy exceeds $75,000.
