Order Screening Complaint and Directing Issuance and Service of Process - Indiana Department of Correction inmate Quaterris Franklin, incarcerated at the Wabash Valley Correctional Facility (WVCF), filed this 42 U.S.C. 1983 action on September 19, 2019. His motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis was granted and his complaint is now subject to screening. The claims against Warden Brown and Lt. Fischer are the only viable claims identified by the Court in Mr. Franklin's complaint. If Mr. Franklin believes the Court has overlooked claims and/or defendants, he shall have through December 6, 2019, in which to file a motion to reconsider that brings such matters to the Court's attention. The clerk is directed pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(c)(3) to issue process to defendants Warden Brown and Lt. FIscher in the manner specified by Rule 4(d). (See Order.)
