ORDER ON FILING FEE, SCREENING AND DISMISSING COMPLAINT, AND DIRECTING PLAINTIFF TO SHOW CAUSE - Mr. Bayless may show cause why this case should not be dismissed and final judgment entered by filing an amended complaint that cures the deficiencies discussed above. The failure to file an amended complaint by October 25, 2019, will result in the dismissal of this action and entry of final judgment. The complaint has been dismissed. The filing fee issue shall be resolved no later than October 25, 2019, and an amended complaint may be filed no later than the same date.
