ORDER - Plaintiff's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis (ECF No. 2) is granted. Plaintiff's Motion to Appoint Counsel (ECF No. 3) is denied without prejudice as premature. Because Plaintiff has been granted leave to proceed without prepayment of fees, Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(c)(3) requires the Court to order service for him. Accordingly, the clerk is designated pursuant to Rule 4(c)(3) to issue process to Defendants in the manner specified by Rule 4(d).
