ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE (Disciplinary) - Petitioner Daniel Nixon, a federal inmate at the Federal Correctional Institution, Terre Haute, Indiana, petitions for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2241 challenging prison discipline imposed in Incident Report Number 2758631 on October 5, 2015. The custodian of petitioner is directed to answer the allegations of the petition for a writ of habeas corpus and in doing so shall show cause why the relief sought by the petitioner should not be granted. Petitioner shall have twenty-eight days in which to either pay the $5.00 filing fee for this action or to demonstrate his financial inability to do so. Show Cause Response due by 1/13/2020.
