Order Granting Motion to Proceed In Forma Pauperis and Rescinding Previous Entry - Petitioner Joshua Taylor filed a motion to proceed in forma pauperis on February 18, 2020. Dkt. 4. He filed a second motion on March 2, 2020. Dkt. 5. In granting the motions, the Court inadvertently stated that Mr. Taylor remains liable for the full filing fee of $350. Dkt. 6. Because this is a habeas petition, the filing fee is only $5.00. See U.S.C. 28 U.S.C.A. 1914(a). The Court's previous entry, dkt. #6 , is rescinded.
