Order Denying Motion for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis, Screening and Dismissing Complaint, and Directing Plaintiff to Show Cause - The motion for leave to proceed without prepayment of the filing fee, dkt. #2 , is denied, and the complaint, dkt. #1 , has been dismissed. Mr. Albert shall have through June 27, 2020, in which to (1) either renew his motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis properly documented with a certified statement of the financial transactions in his inmate trust account for the six-month period preceding the filing of this lawsuit, or pay the $400 filing fee to the clerk, and to (2) either show cause why this action should not be dismissed or file an amended complaint in conformance with Section V of this Order. The failure to comply with these directions no later than June 27, 2020, shall result in the dismissal of this action and entry of final judgment without further notice or opportunity to show cause.
