June 23, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 3 ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE - Petitioner Algernon Toole, a federal inmate at the Federal Correctional Institution, Terre Haute, Indiana, petitions for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2241 challenging prison discipline imposed in Incident Report Number 3271478 on July 12, 2019. Respondent shall have forty-two days in which to answer the allegations of the habeas petition, and in doing so shall show cause why the relief sought by Petitioner should not be granted.
