ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT AND DIRECTING ENTRY OF FINAL JUDGMENT - The complaint cannot proceed. On April 10, 2012, the Seventh Circuit made plaintiff Joe McClain a restricted filer for submitting frivolous filings. The Court sanctioned Mr. McClain $500 and stated: Until he pays that sum in full to the clerk of this court, he is barred from filing further civil suits in the courts of this circuit. The action must be dismissed. Final judgment dismissing this action without prejudice shall now issue. Copy to Plaintiff via US Mail. Signed by Judge James R. Sweeney II on 7/16/2020.(KAA)
