Order Denying Motion for Leave to Proceed in Forma Pauperis and Directing Immediate Termination of Action - Because Mr. Savage's claims do not present an imminent danger of serious physical injury, he is statutorily prohibited from proceeding in forma pauperis. The motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis, dkt. #2 , is denied. And because Mr. Savage sought leave to proceed in forma pauperis without informing the Court that he had "struck out," this action is dismissed with prejudice.
