ORDER DISMISSING CASE - On September 14, 2020, the Court screened Plaintiff Tracey Salter's complaint under 28 U.S.C. 1915A and ordered Mr. Salter to show cause by October 19, 2020 why his claim should not be dismissed for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction. Dkt. #4 . Mr. Salter has not responded, and the deadline has passed. Because of the early stage of this case, Mr. Salter's claims are therefore DISMISSED without prejudice. Hill v.
