Order Directing Payment of Initial Partial Filing Fee and Denying Pending Motions - On November 6, 2020, the Court ordered the plaintiff to pay an initial partial filing fee of Seven Dollars and Sixty Cents ($7.60). That deadline has passed and the plaintiff has failed to do so or otherwise respond. Therefore, the plaintiff shall have through January 8, 2021, to pay the initial partial filing fee or explain why doing so is not possible. The plaintiff's motion to appoint counsel, dkt #13 , is denied without prejudice. Defendants have not yet been served, appeared, nor answered.
