However, Mr. Scott's complaint will not be screened until he has paid his $66.83 initial partial filing fee; he shall have through January 15, 2021, to pay that fee or explain his inability to do so. Further, Mr. Scott has through January 15, 2021, to file an amended complaint that wil l completely replace his original complaint.
