Filing 9 Order Screening and Dismissing Complaint, and Directing Plaintiff to Show Cause - Mr. Taft shall have through March 15, 2021, to show cause why the complaint should not have been dismissed and instead allowed to proceed. Alternatively, Mr. Taft may file an amended complaint concerning these events, correcting the deficiencies identified above, and that asserts viable constitutional claims. Any amended complaint will be screened pursuant to 1915A. If no response to this show cause order is filed, or no amended complaint is filed by the stated deadline, this action shall be dismissed and final judgment entered without further notice or opportunity to be heard.
