ORDER DIRECTING FURTHER PROCEEDINGS - The Court cannot rule on Mr. Randall's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis, dkt. #2 , because it is incomplete. Mr. Randall shall have through January 29, 2021, in which to submit a copy of the transactions associated with his institution trust account for the 6-month period preceding the filing of this action on December 28, 2020. The clerk is directed to send a copy of this Order to the Vigo County Sheriff. Otherwise, Mr. Randall must pay the $402.00 filing fee. Additionally, the clerk is directed to maintain Mr. Randall's motion under seal because it includes the name of a minor child, whom Mr. Randall should have identified only by her initials.
