ORDER denying #8 Motion to Appoint Counsel and Directing Plaintiff to Show Cause - Plaintiff shall have additional time, through March 15, 2021, in which to either show cause why this action should not be dismissed as having been abandoned or submit the trust fund statement. Failure to comply with these directions will result in the dismissal of the action without further notice. The clerk is directed to include a form motion for assistance with recruiting counsel with the plaintiff's copy of this Entry. The clerk shall also send a copy of this Order to the Vigo County Sheriff to facilitate the submission of the trust fund statement, if the plaintiff continues to pursue this action. SEE ORDER.
