Filing 6 Order Directing Further Proceedings - On January 13, 2021, the Court notified plaintiff Eric Tillman of a deficiency with his motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis and gave him through February 16, 2021, to submit a copy of the transaction history associated with his institution trust account for the 6-month period preceding the filing of this action. Dkt. 5. Mr. Tillman has not responded to the Court's Notice of Deficiency. The Court will sua sponte extend the deadline for Mr. Tillman to respond to the Notice of Deficiency. Mr. Tillman shall have through March 22, 2021, to submit a copy of the transaction history associated with his institution trust account for the 6-month period preceding the filing of this action on January 4, 2021. The clerk is directed to update the plaintiff's address on the docket consistent with the distribution of this Order and include a copy of the Notice of Deficiency, dkt. #5 , with the plaintiff's copy of this Order.
