ORDER TRANSFERRING ACTION TO THE NORTHERN DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA - Plaintiff is incarcerated in the Southern District of Indiana. Plaintiff appears to allege that he is entitled to receive stimulus payments pursuant to an injunction issued in a class action in the Northern District of California, Scholl v. Mnuchin, No. 4:20-cv-5309-PJH. The judge in that case retains jurisdiction over that matter for purposes of enforcing its injunction. (Dkt. 184 ).Accordingly, this case is TRANSFERRED to the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. See 28 U.S.C. 1406(a).
