February 2, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 8 ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE (Disciplinary) - Lamone Lauderdale-El's petition for a writ of habeas corpus challenges his disciplinary conviction in disciplinary case number ISF 19-10-0192 on October 22, 2019. The petitioner's motion to proceed in forma pauperis, dkt. #4 , is denied without prejudice because he has not submitted any certified statement showing the balance in his trust fund account. He shall have through February 26, 2021, in which to renew his motion with the proper documentation. The petitioner's motion for immediate ruling, dkt. #5 , is denied because the action must be fully briefed before the Court can determine whether the petitioner is entitled to relief. The petitioner's motion for briefing schedule, dkt. #6 , is granted, consistent with this Order. The custodian of petitioner is directed to answer the allegations of the petition for a writ of habeas corpus and in doing so shall show cause why the relief sought by the petitioner should not be granted.( Show Cause Response due by 3/3/2021.)
