ENTRY DENYING IN FORMA PAUPERIS STATUS, SCREENING AND DISMISSING COMPLAINT, AND DIRECTING FURTHER PROCEEDINGS - Plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis, dkt. #2 , is denied without prejudice because he has failed to provide the required trust fund statement. He shall have through March 31, 2021, in which to provide the trust fund account statement. The complaint is dismissed without prejudice for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. The plaintiff shall have through March 31, 2021, in which to file an amended complaint that cures these problems. The clerk is directed to include a copy of a blank civil rights complaint form with the plaintiff's copy of this Order. The clerk is also directed to send a copy of this Order to the Sheriff of Vigo County to facilitate the timely provision of the plaintiff's trust fund account statement.
