ENTRY GRANTING MOTION TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS, SCREENING AND DISMISSING COMPLAINT, AND DIRECTING PLAINTIFF TO SHOW CAUSE OR AMEND - The submission of the plaintiff's trust fund account statement is treated as a motion to proceed in forma pauperis, dkt. #9 , and as so treated, is granted. The plaintiff is assessed an initial partial filing fee of One Hundred and Thirty-Two Dollars and Seventy-Five Cents ($132.75). He shall have through May 17, 2021, to pay this sum to the clerk of the district court. The complaint is dismissed without prejudice. Mr. Keller will have through May 17, 2021, in which to either show cause why this action should not be dismissed or file an amended complaint that cures the identified problems. The clerk is directed to terminate Vigo County Jail as a defendant on the docket.
