ORDER SCREENING AND DISMISSING THE COMPLAINT - The Court will not attempt to decode the meaning of this filing. Instead, the Court dismisses the complaint because it does not include "a short and plain statement of the claim showing that the pleader is entitled to relief." The dismissal of the complaint will not, at this time, lead to the dismissal of the action. Mr. Linder will have through February 22, 2022, to file an amended complaint. The clerk is directed to send Mr. Linder a copy of the Court's prisoner complaint form. Mr. Linder must use this form if he chooses to file an amended complaint. Otherwise, the action will be dismissed. Mr. Linder has filed a motion to proceed in forma pauperis. The Court will take this motion under advisement until Mr. Linder files an amended complaint or until the time to do so has passed. Copy to plaintiff via US Mail. Signed by Judge James R.
