ORDER - The Court therefore ORDERS the Sullivan County Sheriff or his designee at the Sullivan County Jail to provide the Court with a certified copy of Mr. Baber's trust account statement. The Sheriff will have through March 23, 2022, to comply with this order. The trust account statement should be submitted to the Clerk of the Court and must reference case number 2:22-cv-00025-JMS-DLP.
