Filing 7 ORDER Granting Motion to Proceed In Forma Pauperis, Screening Complaint, Severing Claims, and Directing Further Proceedings - Mr. Boyd's motion to proceed in forma pauperis, dkt. #2 , is granted. Although Mr. Boyd is excused from pre-paying the full filing fee, he still must pay the three hundred and fifty dollar ($350.00) filing fee. The clerk is directed to open a new civil action in accordance with the instructions set forth in Section V. If Mr. Boyd does not wish to proceed with one of the now-severed cases, he may file a notice of voluntary dismissal in the appropriate case. If Mr. Boyd believes that additional claims were alleged in the complaint, but not identified by the Court, he shall have through August 29, 2022, in which to identify those claims. The clerk is directed to terminate Shelby Crichfield and Lt. Petty as defendants on the docket in this case. The clerk is directed to issue process to defendants David Liebel and Commissioner Carter in the manner specified by Rule 4(d).
