ORDER Granting Motion to Proceed In Forma Pauperis, Identifying Related Case, and Directing Further Proceedings - This case has been severed from Boyd v. Liebel, et al., No. 2:22-cv-304-JRS-MG. As stated in the Screening Order, dkt. #4 , plaintiff Shavon Boyd's motion to proceed in forma pauperis, dkt. #2 , is granted. Although Mr. Boyd is excused from pre-paying the full filing fee, he still must pay the three hundred and fifty dollar ($350.00) filing fee. the clerk is directed to reassign this case to Magistrate Judge Mario Garcia for all further proceedings. The clerk is directed to issue process to defendants Shelby Crichfield and Lieutenant Petty in the manner specified by Rule 4(d).
