Order Granting Motion to Proceed in Forma Pauperis, Screening Complaint, and Directing Further Proceedings - The plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis, dkt. #2 , is granted to the extent that the plaintiff is assessed an initial partial filing fee of Eight Dollars and Thirty-Six Cents ($8.36) The plaintiff shall have through November 23, 2022, in which to pay this sum to the clerk of the district court. This summary of claims includes all of the viable claims identified by the Court. All other claims have been dismissed. If the plaintiff believes that additional claims were alleged in the complaint, but not identified by the Court, he shall have through November 23, 2022, in which to identify those claims.The clerk is directed to terminate Wexford, Frank Vanihel, and Thomas Wellington as defendants on the docket. The clerk is directed to issue process to the defendants. Mr. Wilder has filed a motion for a preliminary injunction in which he states that he still has not received care for his infected tooth. Given the nature of his claims and the immediacy of the harm alleged, the Magistrate Judge is requested to set this matter for a telephonic conference at his earliest convenience.
