ORDER DENYING WITHOUT PREJUDICE MOTION FOR APPOINTMENT OF COUNSEL - Mr. McGlosson's motion, dkt. #3 , is denied without prejudice because it provides neither sufficient information to make a determination on the merits, nor an acknowledgment of the conditions of the appointment of counsel. Mr. McGlosson may renew his motion for the appointment of counsel via the form that the Court will send to him along with his copy of this Order, only after he has resolved the filing fee, the Court has screened his complaint, and the defendants have answered. For now, Mr. McGlosson should continue efforts to recruit counsel on his own. The clerk is directed to send to Mr. McGlosson a motion for assistance with recruiting counsel form, along with his copy of this Order. Copy to plaintiff via US Mail. Signed by Judge James R.
