ORDER Denying Motion for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis as Presented and Directing Further Action - Each plaintiff shall have up to and including April 6, 2023, to notify the Court whether he would like to voluntarily dismiss this action without prejudice. Otherwise, he will continue to proceed as a joint plaintiff. #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis is DENIED as presented. Mr. Pasko shall have up to and including April 6, 2023, to submit a copy of the transaction history associated with his institution trust account for the 6-month period preceding the filing of this action on February 24, 2023. Each remaining plaintiff shall have up to and including April 6, 2023, to either: (1) pay the $402.00 filing fee; or (2) submit his own motion for leave to proceed without prepaying the filing fee (in forma pauperis). The clerk is directed to enclose a form motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis with each plaintiff's copy of this Order. See Order for details.
