ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE - Mr. Brown's petition indicates that he has not been deprived of credit time, demoted in credit-earning class, or sanctioned in any other manner that affects the fact or duration of his confinement. If this is so, the Court lacks jurisdiction over his petition, and it must be dismissed under Rule 4. Mr. Brown shall have through April 21, 2023, to show cause why this petition should not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction pursuant to Rule 4.
