Mr. Anderson is also directed to explain whether he intends to pursue two separate lawsuits against the various Terre Haute defendants and to explain why this lawsuit and Case No. 2:23-cv-00184-MPB-MKK are not duplicative. If Mr. Anderson chooses to maintain two separate lawsuits, he is notified that he will be responsible for the full filing fee in both actions.
