Order Directing Payment of Filing Fee, Dismissing Complaint and Directing Filing of Amended Complaint - Plaintiff must pay the $402.00 filing fee or seek leave to proceed in forma pauperis. He shall have through July 28, 2023, to do so. In addition, he shall have through July 28, 2023, to file an amended complaint as directed. Failure to take these steps may result in the dismissal of this action without further warning. The clerk shall include a form motion with Mr. Ali's copy of this Order. The clerk is directed to include a copy of the prisoner civil rights complaint form along with the plaintiff's copy of this Order. SEE ORDER. Copy sent to Plaintiff via US Mail.
