The Court presumes that Mr. Kemp intended to file this action as the sole plaintiff. The Court will permit Mr. Kemp one final opportunity, through October 10, 2023, to pay the $402.00 filing fee or to file a complete motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis with his relevant trust account statement. Failure to take either of these actions within the extended time permitted will result in the dismissal of this action without further warning or opportunity to show cause. The clerk is directed to send a courtesy copy of this Order to Ryan Starr, IDOC #230753, at Wabash Valley Correctional Facility consistent with the distribution of this Order. (See Order.)
