ORDER ON PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR COURT ASSISTANCE AND FINAL WARNING REGARDING FILING FEE: Mr. Pringle's motion for Court assistance, dkt. #11 , is GRANTED to the limited extent that the Court will permit him additional time to resolve the filing fee in this action or to sufficiently demonstrate his inability to do so by properly moving the Court for in forma pauperis status. Mr. Pringle shall have one final opportunity, through October 16, 2023, to either pay the $402.00 filing fee or to renew his motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis by filing his complete inmate trust account statement for the previous six months. Failure to take either of these actions within this extended time will result in the dismissal of this action without further warning or opportunity to show cause. Mr. Pringle's motion for Court assistance, dkt. #11 , is further GRANTED to the limited extent that the clerk is directed to send him a copy of the public docket sheet, along with his copy of this Order. Mr. Pringle may use the public docket sheet to review the items filed in this action. If he believes he is missing copies of any of the Court's prior orders, he may then file a motion requesting copies of specifically identified docket entries, for the Court's consideration. ORDER DENYING PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR LEAVE TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS AS PRESENTED - Plaintiff Ronnie Pringle's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis, dkt. [ #7 ], is denied as presented because the plaintiff did not attach a statement of his inmate trust account transactions as required by 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(2). Accordingly, Mr. Pringle shall continue to have through September 15, 2023, to either pay the $402.00 filing fee or to renew his motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis by filing a statement of his inmate trust account transactions for the previous six months.
