ORDER denying #3 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis - Plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis, dkt. #3 , is denied as presented. Neither his motion nor the supporting Certificate of Offender Trust Account is signed. Accordingly, on or before November 27, 2023, Plaintiff must either: (1) pay the $402.00 filing fee for this case; or (2) submit a completed and signed motion to proceed in forma pauperis that is supported by a "certified copy of the trust fund account statement (or institutional equivalent) for the prisoner for the 6-month period immediately preceding the filing of the complaint . . . , obtained from the appropriate official of each prison at which the prisoner is or was confined." 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(2).
