ORDER Directing Further Proceedings - On November 9, 2023, the Court ordered Plaintiff to pay an initial partial filing fee of Eight Dollars and Thirty-Three Cents ($8.33) by December 5, 2023. Dkt. #5 . That deadline has passed, and Plaintiff has failed to do so or otherwise respond. Therefore, Plaintiff shall have through January 23, 2024, to pay the initial partial filing fee or explain why doing so is not possible. The failure to do so by this date will result in the dismissal of this action without further warning.
