December 21, 2023 Opinion or Order Filing 10 ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT WITH PREJUDICE: Plaintiff Arturo Solis is an inmate at Terre Haute - USP. On November 17, 2023, he filed a civil complaint in this Court alleging that he slipped and fell in a puddle of water due to the negligence of prison officials. Dkt. 1, p. 2. This Court screened Plaintiff's complaint and determined that he had stated an actionable claim under the Federal Tort Claims Act. Dkt. 5, p.2. Plaintiff also sought permission to proceed without paying a filing fee. Dkt. 2. This Court issued a notice of deficiency requiring Plaintiff to transmit a copy of his inmate trust account statement before ruling on the matter. Dkt. 8. Plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis, dkt. #2 , is denied and this action is dismissed with prejudice. Judgment consistent with this Order shall now issue. See Order.
