Order Dismissing Petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus - Darrell Wayne Hughes was convicted of rape and criminal deviate conduct in 1996 in Indiana state court cause number 53C01-9511-C7-00760. On November 27, 2023, he filed a petition for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2254. Mr. Hughes' petition for a writ of habeas corpus is dismissed with prejudice as time-barred.
